What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are final. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases where the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size/color (or other variant) being ordered would be handled at the customers expense by placing a new order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more then 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to email@example.com
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to ask for the customers to reconfirm their address and order details. In cases where the recipient’s address was incorrectly submitted, the customer is held responsible. If tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer hasn’t received the order, Qatalyst Design Inc. will not be held responsible for reshipping that order or issuing a refund.
